Chester Springs, PA, Jul. 13, 2017 – On June 6, 2017, Specialty Resources, Inc. received a supply chain award from Club Car & Ingersoll Rand in recognition of SRI’s outstanding contributions during 2016. The Performance Excellence award for Most Improved Supplier was accepted by the SRI team during Club Car’s annual Supplier Day at the Champion’s Retreat Golf Course located in Augusta, GA.
In 2016, Specialty Resources (SRI) significantly improved in Year over Year KPI’s in addition to maintaining three months of finished goods to ensure supply through demand spikes and qualifying for Ingersoll Rand’s Preferred Gold Supplier Status. SRI is a global supplier of machined steel, castings, stampings, forgings and fabricated custom components to Club Car and Ingersoll Rand’s operations in the United States and Asia.
