From high-load assemblies to tight-tolerance mechanisms, our global supplier network produces sub-components which are later assembled to OEM specs, warehouse stored, then delivered on schedule.
Whether you need small hand built sub-assemblies or larger assemblies built to tightly specified fit and finish requirements, our lean work cells offer computer-based assembly equipment like programmable torque driver tools which log build information by serial number and assembly operator ID into a central database for full scale traceability. Our robust quality inspection program serves to monitor each assembly with records always available upon request.
