When working with Specialty Resources, a product manager is assigned to work directly with your company. Our product managers oversee our clients’ needs from beginning to end.

After quote acceptance, your dedicated Product Manager will supervise all sample and production runs with continual communication. They will provide status updates, inventory spreadsheets, trigger replenishment buys, monitor domestic and global cost trends for successful negotiations and work within Customer portals or systems, where needed. They will also coordinate meetings or communications with other departments within SRI.

Specialty Resources’ inventory software allows us to upload your EAU, forecasts and orders directly into our system. Our Commitment Schedule Module provides a long-term, yet quick glance into future low inventory dates. This module allows our Product Managers to alert and assure Inventory replenishment cycles are completed well ahead of concerning levels.

SRI takes care of the logistics of getting your product from our global partners to you – at the lowest cost and with the best timetable for your particular needs. Combining shipments to bring in full containers rather than many partial containers enables us to negotiate the lowest possible cost from all of our suppliers.
